Scope of Services

01 — Civil Works
Civil & Architectural
Interior design, builders works, office cubicle systems, built-in cabinets, external and internal repainting, waterproofing, drainage, road resurfacing, epoxy flooring, and structural reinstatement.
02 — M&E
Mechanical Engineering
Air conditioning system design and installation, mechanical ventilation, cold and hot water plumbing, sanitary systems, and full M&E reinstatement works for commercial and industrial buildings.
03 — Electrical
Electrical Engineering
Underground cabling, street lighting, LV installation, main switchboard, distribution board, lightning protection, SMATV/MATV, card access systems, smart meter installation, and DB troubleshooting.
04 — ICT
ICT & Telecommunication
Copper and fibre optic installation, structured cabling, system integration, FTTX network infrastructure, monopole and tower erection, and IT cabling for commercial and government premises.
05 — Reinstatement
Reinstatement Works
Demolition, builders works, IT, mechanical and electrical reinstatement — covering office fit-outs, control centres, and level-by-level reinstatement for high-rise towers and campuses.
06 — Maintenance
Maintenance & Upkeep
Troubleshooting, cleaning, plumbing repair, painting, builders works, electrical and mechanical repair — including scheduled maintenance contracts for TNB, KLCC, and government facilities.
